The evidences reflect a clear trajectory of recovery and stabilization of advanced cardiac services in the post-war context. Despite the operational disruptions and resource constraints associated with the conflict, the government supported interventional cardiology program succeeded in maintaining service delivery at a level comparable to the pre-war baseline. The continued operation of 10 interventional catheterization centers across six states matching the number of centers available at the beginning of 2023 indicates successful preservation of critical infrastructure and service continuity during the recovery phase.
